Full Time Customer Service Representative
Grand Prix Equine is seeking a full-time, in-office Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team.
The schedule is 8:30 am - 4:30 pm Monday through Friday.
Candidates should possess strong computer skills, horse knowledge, excellent customer service, and be detail oriented with a positive attitude.
Dependability is a must.
Responsibilities include answering phones, client service, sending medical records, collecting payments, and pharmacy assistance when needed.
Job qualifications include a high school diploma and 12+ months of related experience. We are looking for a team player who is open to learning, is respectful, and outgoing.
