Pokey

I�d like to nominate Pokey as the chosen lesson horse. Pokey is in his 40s (yes, forty-something and fabulous) and has spent decades patiently teaching countless kids how to ride, balance, and maybe even remember which way is left. He�s basically a four-legged professor with a mane.
Even now, in his well-earned golden years, Pokey still perks up knowing he gets to teach �his kids� one day a week. He shows up, does his job with quiet pride, and proves that experience beats speed every time. He�s gentle, reliable, and has probably heard every beginner excuse in the book�and forgiven them all.
Pokey isn�t just a lesson horse; he�s a legend, a teacher, and a very good boy who absolutely deserves this honor (and maybe an extra treat). ___
